Submit inventory snapshot

Receives inventory submissions from distributors. Each submission is treated as a full snapshot for the account and date combination. The system will validate the account exists in Salesforce, store items in Snowflake, and update the account's last processed timestamp.

ISO8601/RFC3339 timestamp for the inventory snapshot. Typically set to midnight UTC for daily snapshots.
